Most issues are resolved the same day with a phone call. If you would rather put it in writing, or if you have already spoken to us and are not satisfied, this is the process we follow.
1. How to raise a complaint
- Call 03330 540 866 — a real person answers, never a call centre.
- Email hello@omniserveuk.com with your invoice or quote reference.
- Write to Omniserve by Design and Build Solutions UK Limited, One St Peters, St Peter's Rd, Maidenhead, SL6 7QU.
- Please include your name, address, contact number, the job reference and what you would like us to do to put things right.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge every complaint within 1 working day.
- We investigate and give you a full written response within 10 working days.
- If we need longer — for example to inspect the work — we will tell you why and give you a revised date.
- Where a re-visit is needed, we prioritise it and confirm the appointment in writing.
3. If you are still unhappy
Ask for the matter to be reviewed by a director, who will respond within a further 10 working days. If we still cannot agree, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider, and you retain the right to take the matter to court. Nothing in this procedure affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Warranty claims
If your complaint relates to work covered by our up to 10-year workmanship warranty, quote your invoice reference and we will arrange an inspection at no cost to you.
Common questions
How do I make a complaint to Omniserve?
Call 03330 540 866, email hello@omniserveuk.com, or write to us at One St Peters, St Peter's Rd, Maidenhead, SL6 7QU with your job reference and what you would like us to put right.
How quickly will you respond to my complaint?
We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve most issues within a few working days, keeping you updated if a site visit or further investigation is needed.
What if I am still unhappy with the outcome?
Ask for the complaint to be escalated for a final review. If you remain dissatisfied you can seek independent advice, for example from Citizens Advice or an alternative dispute resolution provider.
Does complaining affect my workmanship warranty?
